Terms of Service

1) Who can use the Service

Adult accounts (18+) may access NSFW content and use the SFW/NSFW toggle when logged in. You confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction when you choose an adult account.
Minor accounts (under 18) are SFW-only: no NSFW toggle, no NSFW default in Settings, and content is filtered for safe viewing where the Service supports it. A parent or guardian should supervise minor account use where required by law.
Misrepresenting your age (for example, claiming 18+ when you are not) violates these Terms and may result in account termination.
Accounts are personal; do not share credentials. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

1a) Account types & minor safety

Minor accounts cannot enable NSFW mode, access adult-only areas (including Training Grounds and NSFW training), or receive NSFW generation results through server-side controls where implemented.
Minor accounts may request upgrade to an adult account through ID verification in Settings; approval is at our discretion.
We do not warrant that minors will never encounter inappropriate material if age is misrepresented or controls are circumvented. See our Safety & Child Protection page for limitations.

YoReSpot is not an adults-only website; we offer under-18 SFW-only accounts with stricter controls. Adult accounts may access labeled NSFW workflows subject to these Terms and applicable law.
